We ship to FedEx hub priority over night, please also understand that shipping delays are out of our control. Usually the chameleon is received the next day but if delayed it can add an extra day. If our chameleon arrives dead we provide insurance on shipping to make sure you are 100% guaranteed a refund. We would need proof within 30 mins to file a claim.
