We ship priority over night, please also understand that shipping delays are out of our control. Usually chameleon is received the next day but if delayed it can add an extra day. If our chameleon arrives dead we provide insurance on shipping to make sure you are 100% guaranteed a refund. We would need proof within 30 mins to file a claim.
If you want reserve a chameleon we take $50 non-refundable deposit. Remaining amount will need to be paid before we ship.
